		ELISABETH PHARMACON presents a new detection kit - EliGene® Coeliac RT (DQA1, DQB1, DRB1) intended for the DNA diagnostics of Coeliac disease. This kit is optimized for ABI7000, ABI7300, ABI7500, StepOne, LightCycler480 and RotorGene instruments.

		ELISABETH PHARMACON presents a new CE certified detection kits - EliGene® Chlamydia trachomatis LC and EliGene® Neisseria LC. These kits are intended for LightCyclers 1.5, 2.0. and 480 models. EliGene® Chlamydia trachomatis LC kit was certified by notified body ITC Zlin.

		ELISABETH PHARMACON presents a new detection kits - EliGene® Lactose intolerance C-13910T LC and EliGene® Lactose intolerance G-22018A LC. These kits are intended for LightCyclers 1.5 and 2.0. models.

		ELISABETH PHARMACON presents a new kit for detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex EliGene® MTB LC.

		2008, Sept 22 ELISABETH PHARMACON offers new services - mainly it is an offer of DNA sequencing. Custom oligonucleotides synthesis is also one of new services.

		2008, Sept 12 ELISABETH PHARMACON has implemented and documented functional quality management systems in compliance with the requirements of the standard ČSN EN ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2009. Certificates cover activities like a design, development, manufacture, purchase, storage and sale of in-vitro diagnostic medical devices and medical instruments and testing, measuring an analysis in the area of molecular biology.

		2008, Sept 1 ELISABETH PHARMACON presents a new detection kits EliGene LC for RealTime DNA diagnostics. EliGene LC kits are intended for LightCyclers 1.5 and 2.0. models. The first detection kit of this type of product is a kit EliGene Borrelia LC.

		2008, Aug 1 ELISABETH PHARMACON installed a new sequencing instrument in its laboratory.

		2007, June 18 ELISABETH PHARMACON began manufacturing of detection kits for tuberculosis which are offered by international distributors of Nanogen Advanced Diagnostics company. EliGene MTB Isolation Kit is also distributed by distribution system of Nanogen Advanced Diagnostics company.

		2007, June 12 ELISABETH PHARMACON made an agreement about the manufacture of in-vitro diagnostics devices with an American company Nanogen Advanced Diagnostics. Nanogen Advanced Diagnostics is the owner of many patents in the field of molecular biology and one among the largest of world manufacturers of consumables and equipments for molecular biology.

		2007, Mar 5 ELISABETH PHARMACON began co-operation with American company MoBio Laboratories, Inc. in manufacture of in-vitro diagnostics devices and introduced a new laboratory DNA extraction kit EliGene MTB Isolation Kit that is intended for DNA isolation of tuberculosis from clinical material. It is one of a few kits in the world which were clinically tested for these purposes and have CE mark in-vitro diagnostics devices.

		2006, September ELISABETH PHARMACON became one of the founding members of CEITEC CLUSTER bioinformatics. CEITEC Cluster - bioinformatics associate companies and scientific-research institutions conversant in bioinformatics or relative line of business. The main purpose of the cluster is a consolidation of co-operation between scientific institutions and companies to increase competitive strength.

		2006 ELISABETH PHARMACON implemented ČSN EN ISO:13485 (superstructure of EN ISO:9001) covering the design, development, manufacture and distribution of IVD and finished the preparation for certification according to ISO system.

		2005 ELISABETH PHARMACON brings to market a new testing kits, produced as a result of company's researches and further development: EliGene for Borrelia sp., HSV1, HSV2, VZV, ADV a MTB detection. These kits are optimized for RealTime PCR systems ABI7300.

		2004 ELISABETH PHARMACON arranged contacts with the Czech distributor of Applied Biosystems instruments and started to help with distribution of ABI7300 RealTime PCR system. Company started own research and development of in vitro diagnostics kits optimized for this system.

		2003 ELISABETH PHARMACON brought nested PCR kits for DNA diagnostics of Aspergillus sp. a Candida sp., EBV, MTB, Osteoporosis and GMO Soya in the Czech market. Company established special services for importers and producers of GMO food – detection of genetically modified organisms in food.

		2002 ELISABETH PHARMACON brought nested PCR kits for DNA diagnostics of Toxoplasma and Borrelia in the Czech market. Company started off public services to test ticks and other samples on borreliosis using PCR methods.

		2001, Aug 15 The company ELISABETH PHARMACON was established in 2001. The company has fully Czech capital. From the beginning the company has its own research and development of in-vitro diagnostics devices for medical purposes. ELISABETH PHARMACON has a status of non-state medical facility in the area of Clinical Biochemistry, Laboratory of Clinical Genetics and Clinical Microbiology.
