The Omni Sonic Ruptor 400 Ultrasonic Homogenizer offers precision engineering with all the features necessary to create a total system for ultrasonic disruption. Popular applications include nanoparticle dispersion, creating emulsions, cell disruption and homogenization. The Sonic Ruptor 400 is capable of creating an emulsion down to 1/100 of a micron.

The 250 ml Cup Tip is an adapter to the Sonic Ruptor 400 that enables sonication of up to eight samples in microtubes. The 250 mL Cup Tip consists of a 14.38 cm titanium processing tip enclosed in a 250 ml sealed chamber. The chamber is filled with water to create high intensity ultrasonic bath.

The Sound Abatement Chamber is compatible with the Sonic Ruptor 400 and reduces the sound emitted by the sonication process by 40 db. The Sound Abatement Chamber is recommended for all applications requiring extended operation or for facilities that require sound control. A clear plexiglass door permits viewing of the sample during processing and protects the operator from aerosols generated through the sonication process.
