EliZyme Polymerases

EliZyme for qRT-PCR

All of the enzymes have low sensitivity for common PCR inhibitors. You can easily navigate through our enzymes according to abbreviations:

  • MIX – enzyme mix, contains dNTP and magnesium
  • Green – intercalating dye EliGreen for detection without probes
  • Probe – enzyme mix for use with common types of probes like TaqMan®, Molecular Beacons® and Scorpions®
  • Blue – kit contains a non-reactive blue dye for easy visualization of the sample during pipetting
  • Super – mixes designed primarily for diagnostics where maximum sensitivity is required
  • OneS – kit contains reverse transcriptase and polymerase for reverse transcription and amplification in one step
  • Viral – kit for detection of viral RNA

Mixes do not contain ROX dye. If necessary, it can be supplied on request.

  • EliZyme™ OneS Green Kit

    The EliZyme™ OneS Green Kit is a convenient all-in-one solution for conducting both cDNA synthesis and real-time PCR in a single tube. The kit contains a modified MMLV reverse transcriptase that is thermostable, highly active, and blended with an RNase inhibitor to protect RNA from degradation by RNase contaminants.
