Applications

EliZyme OneS Probe Kit is used for quantification of mRNA, total RNA, viral sequences and it specifically detects extremely low copy number targets with high efficiency. Thermostable reverse transcriptase is active at temperature from 45°C to 55°C for regions containing high secondary structures. Primer-dimer formation and non-specific amplification from low copy number target sequences are avoided by antibody hotstart technology.

EliZyme OneS Probe Kit is compatible on all Real-Time PCR platforms, including fast and ultra fast cycling conditions.
