EliZyme™ Reverse Transcriptase
EliZyme Reverse Transcriptase is thermostable and highly active MMLV reverse transcriptase (RTase) with RNase inhibitor. The enzyme can be used to synthesise cDNA at temperatures up to 55 °C. This allows reverse transcription of regions containing high secondary structures. The RTase is not inhibited by ribosomal and transfer RNAs.
