The EliGene® Viral RNA / DNA FAST 96 Vacuum Isolation Kit is delivered in one box with 5 x 96 Well Filter Plates (480 extractions) that and is designed for rapid (less than 40 min) isolation of viral RNA and DNA (nucleic acids - NA) from nasopharyngeal swabs, buccal swabs, sputum and saliva using specially developed technology for inhibitor removal. The isolation is specially designed for use on samples with low amounts of viral loads, that are common for swab samples. The isolated RNA shows high purity and is therefore suitable for amplification techniques such as RT-PCR of viral RNA in clinical samples.
EliGene® Viral RNA / DNA FAST 96 Vacuum Isolation Kit with vacuum system such a ZEPHYRUS® Vacuum Pump Manifold System provides very quick isolation of up to 96 samples in less than 40 minutes.
No need for extra room unlike automated system. Paired with ZEPHYRUS® Vacuum Pump Manifold System is able to fit easily into all biohazard boxes in order to work with serious pathogens (e.g. SARS-CoV-2)

The isolation is specially designed for use on low nucleic acid samples. Isolated NA shows high purity and is therefore suitable for amplification techniques such as RT-PCR of viral NA in clinical samples.
No need to use whole 96 deep well plate in one run - simply seal and mark the unused wells and do the protocol. The remaining wells are ready to use for next time!
