EliGene® Sperm Isolation Supplement

Supplement for EliGene® Urine Isolation (REF: 90051-50, ELISABETH PHARMACON) composed of reagents (Washing Buffer, Lysis Buffer) needed for the isolation of DNA from the sperm by EliGene ® Urine Isolation Kit.

Intended for isolation from sperm samples. The supplement contains sample purification reagents and optimized buffer (Washing Buffer, Lysis Buffer). The supplement is strictly recommended for use with EliGene® Urine Isolation Kit (ELISABETH PHARMACON) and for RealTime PCR analysis for EliGene® LC kits.
