Kvantifikace knihovny
KAPA Library Quat kit slouží k vysoce přesné kvantifikaci DNA knihoven.
Běžně používané metody (elektroforéza, spektrofotometrické metody) pro kvantifikaci DNA knihoven mají celou řadu nevýhod. Kromě nízké senzitivity a velké spotřebě vstupního materiálu, u těchto metod dochází ke stanovení absolutní koncentrace nukleových kyselin. Tato zkutečnost pak vede k nesprávnému určení poměru PCR amlifikovatelných molekul pro následnou klonální amplifikaci (emPCR, bridge PCR).
Tento kit proto využívá ke kvantifikaci cDNA knihoven kvantitativní PCR (qPCR), pomocí které dochází ke kvantifikaci pouze PCR amplifikovatelných molekul, které mají správně navázané oba adaptory nebo fúzní primery.

- KAPA SYBR FAST qPCR Master Mix
Souprava je kompatibilní se všemi platformami pro NGS (Illumina, Roche 454, ABI SOLID, Ion Torrent PGM)
